Biography:
Anne Milkovich left
Microsoft in 1993 to live on the C-Bar ranch in Montana with her
husband and three children. There they raise Black Angus beef and
well-bred Morgan horses.
After her years in
middle management at Microsoft, Anne concluded that the School of Hard
Knocks was not going to issue her the graduate degree she deserved and
completed her MBA through the University of Montana.
Anne Milkovich now
applies her expertise in technical management to make businesses
productive and improve workplace quality of life. As a speaker,
author, trainer, and coach, Anne Milkovich draws on her personal
experience as a technical manager in the deep end as well as her
education to facilitate workplace improvement throughout the world.
