Brian
McKim first did standup comedy in late 1981 at an open mike at the
legendary Comedy Works in Philadelphia. He mounted the stage dressed
as an eight-foot crayon and did five minutes of (what else?) crayon
jokes. The rest is comedy history.
In 1983,
he hit the road, and perfected his act in clubs and colleges in 300
cities, 50 states and Canada. After moving to Los Angeles in 1988, he
appeared on numerous television shows including ABC's Into The Night
Starring Rick Dees, A & E's An Evening At The Improv and VH-1's
Standup Spotlight. In 1992, Brian and his wife, fellow comic Traci
Skene wrote comedy for Fox's Comic Strip Live.
